Your first day!
Here is exactly what to expect when you walk through our doors for the very first time.
Arrive 15 minutes early
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your very first lesson so we can get your family settled in!
Say hi to your DOE!
You'll be greeted by your DOE — our Director of Experience — who will be waiting at the desk to your left as you walk in, and will be your go-to from day one.
Tour, welcome bag & a chat
Your DOE will give you a facility tour, a welcome bag, and learn all about your goals for your kiddo's swim journey.
A few friendly policies
Withdrawal policy
If you choose to withdraw from your recurring lesson, expect one final billing cycle and four final lessons after your request is submitted. Considering it? Reach out as soon as you can so we can review your options together!
Diaper policy
If your kiddo hasn't been accident-free for at least 3 months, we require a two-layer swim diaper system. It keeps the pool happy and healthy for everyone!
Make-up tokens
Feeling sick? Let us know at least 4 hours before the lesson to receive a make-up token.
Vacations, appointments, or anything else? We ask for at least 12 hours' notice.
Tokens are subject to our make-up policy and availability, and expire after 90 days.
